Yellow fever vaccine is given on site: Cunard Pharmacy & Clinic, where AbroadRx appointments take place, is a PHAC-designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre. Other vaccine availability and eligibility are confirmed during your assessment. Some vaccines need more than one dose. Vaccines can be administered from age 2.

Yellow fever

Travelling somewhere that needs the certificate?

Yellow fever vaccine can only be given at centres designated by the Public Health Agency of Canada. The clinic where AbroadRx appointments take place is one of them, so the vaccine and your International Certificate can be handled in the same appointment.

Booking 6 to 8 weeks before departure allows vaccine series to be completed and protection to develop before you travel. If your trip is approaching sooner, do not assume it is too late: many travel vaccines and medications still provide important protection within days or weeks of departure.
